By accessing or using the MedTourIn website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to your use of the MedTourIn website, the MedTourIn app, and any inquiry, WhatsApp, phone, or email communication with our team regarding medical tourism services.

MedTourIn is operated by Maisila Medi4tour Pvt Ltd, an Indian company engaged in providing online healthcare information and referral services for medical tourism in India.

• You agree not to use the website if you are under 18 or not legally capable of entering into contracts.
• You agree not to violate any laws or third-party rights while using our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Any false or misleading information may lead to service cancellation.

• Patients must pay the entire cost of medical treatment directly to the hospital as agreed.
• MedTourIn does not hold liability for treatment costs and payment disputes with hospitals.
• In non-ambulatory cases, providing medical reports in advance may be required.

• We may assist you in contacting hospitals and in sending reports through our communication portal.
• We are not responsible for any medical decisions, outcomes, or hospital-patient interactions.
• We may also assist with hotel, conveyance, visa extensions, and logistics services, which are subject to separate charges.

• Patients should arrange necessary medical data and interact with hospitals for treatment decisions.
• Patients must pay estimated and actual treatment cost differences if applicable.
• All hospital bills must be cleared before discharge.

MedTourIn is entitled to receive service charges for tour management and related services provided to the patient or their representatives. These charges are separate from, and in addition to, the medical treatment costs payable directly to the hospital.

• MedTourIn and associated hospitals are not liable for any medical outcome, complications, or treatment side effects.
• We do not provide medical advisory services, endorsements, or guarantees regarding treatment results.

This Agreement is terminated 30 days after the date a patient enters into this Agreement. However, MedTourIn may immediately terminate the Agreement in case of breach of terms or violation of applicable laws.

The relationship between MedTourIn and the user is strictly a referral service for medical tourism enquiries and services as described in this agreement. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between MedTourIn and the user, or between MedTourIn and any hospital or partner.

All content on the MedTourIn website and app — including text, graphics, logos, and the MedTourIn name — is the property of Maisila Medi4tour Pvt Ltd, or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, where MedTourIn is registered and operated. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled in accordance with Indian law.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
